David’s music studies began with formal lessons on piano at the age of nine. At thirteen he began guitar lessons under the guidance of guitarist Lori Corey. He continued lessons with Lori for the next 8 years and in addition studied composition and songwriting techniques.

In 1998 David enrolled at San Diego State University, completing his B.A. in music two years later.

David has been performing and teaching guitar and piano in the San Diego area for over 15 years. He has written, recorded, and produced numerous original works and can be heard on Alcorn/Woods “Forever” and the Killing Time Music album “A Way Out.”
